Galvanizing
Galvanizing – a set of operations aimed at covering the surface of steel objects with a thin, strongly adhering coating of zinc to protect against corrosion caused by air and water. Galvanizing is widely used in many industries, including: in the automotive, construction, furniture and aviation industries.
In the conditions of a corrosive urban environment, the zinc coating has several to a dozen times greater corrosion resistance than non-galvanized steel.
